As we dive into the new year, let’s take a moment to reflect on the journey that Trumark Homes embarked on throughout 2023. From introducing new communities to welcoming happy homeowners, each milestone has played a crucial role in shaping a year marked by unparalleled success.

New and Sold Out Communities

The Summit at Castle Pines Plan 1

Trumark Homes introduced The Fairways and Acadia at RainDance—two stunning neighborhoods that redefine modern living against the backdrop of scenic beauty. July saw the Grand Opening of The Summit at Castle Pines, a celebration that brought the community together in style and marks Trumark’s expansion into Douglas County. Fast forward to October, and the excitement continued with the highly anticipated Grand Opening of Kitchel Lake in Timnath, capping off the year on a high note.

Additionally, with the recent acquisition of land in the upcoming Sterling Ranch community, this strategic move not only highlights the company’s forward-thinking approach but also underscores its dedication to shaping the future landscape of community development in Denver.

Northern California:

 Penny Lane in Concord

March unfolded with the much-anticipated Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at Penny Lane, bringing a touch of modern charm to the vibrant Concord community. Avalon Point at River Islandshas sold out, and Avalon at River Islands is now selling its final homesites, marking Trumark’s commitment to quality living in the popular master-planned community in Lathrop. Come September, an exciting new addition to the 55+ age qualified community arose with Origin at The Collective, which celebrated its Model Grand Opening in Manteca. To top it off, The Strand at Loch Lomond Marinain San Rafael released its final homesites, allowing homebuyers to take advantage of the best of luxury coastal living.

Southern California:

Dalia at Rienda

L’Aube at Solis Park, a popular addition to the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, CA,  achieved the remarkable feat of selling out, a true testament to the irresistible allure of this community. But the excitement didn’t stop there; Dahlia at Rienda burst onto the scene in January with its Model Grand Opening, dazzling potential homeowners to make the move to this Rancho Mission Viejo community, and selling out the first two phases within the first couple of weeks. In July, the townhomes at Saddleback Place stepped into the limelight, with their Model Grand Opening and notable ribbon-cutting event. Trumark also celebrated the Grand Opening of the exquisite single-family homes at Vistas at Mockingbird Canyon in Riverside, and announced their expansion into San Diego County with two new communities coming soon to Escondido—Sonora Hills and Amanda Lane.

Central California:

Trumark Homes has strategically advanced its expansion efforts through a notable acquisition of Fresno-based Wathen Castanos Homes in Central California. This strategic move has not only bolstered Trumark’s presence in the region but has also given rise to three distinct communities—Sea Haven in Marina, Avila Ranch in San Luis Obispo, and Copper River coming soon to the prestigious Copper River Ranch in Fresno. These ventures showcase Trumark’s commitment to delivering innovative and well-planned communities to California homebuyers, aligning with its vision for thoughtful and sustainable growth.

Charity: Water Impact

Charity Water

Trumark Homes also demonstrated an ongoing dedication to making a positive impact in underserved communities around the world. A highlight of the year includes a contribution made to charity: water, an organization we hold near and dear to our hearts. With 58% of the world’s population lacking access to clean water, charity: water's hand-dug and drilled wells bring clean, safe drinking water to where it’s needed most. For every 50 homes Trumark builds, we work with charity: water to provide and serve approximately 200 people with fresh, clean water.

As we celebrate another year at Trumark Homes, our accomplishments serve as our unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of people by creating inspiring living environments. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2024 and beyond!
