Trumark Homes Purchases Land in Sterling Ranch

  • 112 lots to accommodate both single-family and duplex homes in Denver market’s top selling master planned community
  • Homebuilder diversifies portfolio offerings and signals continued expansion in the state
Denver, CO., (November 16, 2023) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning home builder with divisions in Colorado and California, announced today it has closed on the phase one purchase in Sterling Ranch, Denver’s top-selling master-planned community.  This development will be the company’s fifth new home community in the state since launching the Colorado Division in 2021.

Trumark Homes in Sterling Ranch will include 112 total lots, comprised of 62 single-family detached homes and 50 duplex homes. The single-family homes will include both ranch and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,600 square feet to 2,800 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms. The duplex homes will range from 1,700 square feet to 2,100 square feet, three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. 

Model construction will begin later this year, with a grand opening anticipated in spring of 2024. Pricing and specific home details will be unveiled in the first quarter of next year.  

Located in the foothills of Douglas County just 20 miles south of Denver, Sterling Ranch offers a variety of world-class amenities including a 4,900 square foot clubhouse featuring a pool, fitness center, kitchen, pavilion, and outdoor gathering spaces, several parks throughout the neighborhoods, and onsite retail businesses including a coffee shop, taproom and healthcare providers. Nearly one-third of Sterling Ranch’s 3,400-acre footprint has been dedicated as open space, offering 30 miles of interconnected trails for residents to enjoy. It is also the only community in Colorado to provide an annual Colorado State Parks pass to every home
