Penny Lane, our new townhome community near downtown Concord, is now open following the success of our Model Grand Opening! February 25th was a special day for our new community, as the Concord Chamber of Commerce commemorated the event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and visitors were able to tour our three brand new model homes, meet the Sales Team, and enjoy coffee, pastries, and a catered lunch. They were also able to participate in giveaways throughout the day, while kids showed off their creativity with provided crafts!
