Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced plans to open its two newest communities in Northern California. Deerwood Heights in San Ramon and The Orchard in Danville will begin pre-sales and open model homes this summer.
“The Orchard and Deerwood Heights were thoughtfully designed in prime Tri-Valley locations with the space and functionality that Northern California buyers are looking for in today’s market,” said Tony Bosowski, Northern California Division President at Trumark Homes. “Each community reflects the intentionality that goes into every Trumark home, from floor plans and amenities to the neighborhoods we choose. The positive response we have received so far echoes the demand that exists.”
Deerwood Heights in San Ramon includes 61 three-story townhome-style condominiums with four distinct floorplans ranging from 1,399 square feet to 2,001 square feet. The residences offer three bedrooms, three to three-and-a-half bathrooms, open-concept living areas, first-floor bedrooms or den/offices (per plan), two-car garages and second-floor decks. The community will also feature a tot lot. Prices are anticipated to start in the mid $1 millions.*
The Orchard in Danville features 124 three-story townhome-style condominiums with four floorplans ranging from 1,507 square feet to 1,799 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, spacious layouts and two-car garages. Neighborhood amenities include a pocket park with tot lot, BBQ grilling stations and outdoor seating areas for gatherings. The community is adjacent to approximately 17 acres of preserved agricultural parkland. Prices are anticipated to start in the mid $1 millions.*

Both new communities benefit from their prime Tri-Valley locations, with proximity to the Iron Horse Trail, parks, and a variety of outdoor recreation including several golf courses. The communities are within the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and its top-rated schools, and a short drive from popular shopping, dining, and entertainment venues including the City Center at Bishop Ranch. Residents will also enjoy convenient access to major freeways via I-680 for easy commutes to business centers and Bay Area destinations.
“Northern California continues to be one of the most dynamic and high-demand housing markets, and we remain committed to increasing available inventory with a variety of home types and options to meet the needs of all buyers,” added Bosowski.”
Other Trumark Homes’ communities currently selling homes in Northern California include Parkton and Francis Ranch in Dublin; Skyline in Alameda; Apricot Estates in Brentwood; Dawn, Vida, and Origin at the Collective 55+ community in Manteca; and Arroyo Crossings in Livermore.
