Trumark Companies announces the opening of a new Trumark Homes division in Colorado— Trumark's first office outside of California. The new division for Trumark kicked the ground running in master planned communities in Northern Colorado including RainDance and Water Valley.
Trumark Homes acquired Central California-based builder, Wathen Castanos Homes. Wathen Castanos Homes was a leading private homebuilder in California’s Central Valley and Central Coast with a long-established legacy of homebuilding success. The acquisition expanded Trumark Homes into new markets, building in San Luis Obispo, Monterey Bay, Clovis, Fresno and Madera.
