Trumark Homes, an award-winning California homebuilder, today announced that it has earned 13 prestigious Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards from the Building Industry Association, Bay Area for five of its Northern California communities. The 44th Annual MAME Awards, presented by the BIA’s Sales & Marketing Council, was held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, and united more than 200 individuals from the builder community to honor the industry’s most outstanding builder, sales, marketing, and trade professionals for their exemplary efforts. Trumark Homes collected the most recognitions of the night, including the coveted Masterplan Community of the Year and Attached Community of the Year awards, reflecting the builder’s leading trends in community design and innovative strategies for property merchandising. In 2020, Trumark Homes launched sales at six new Bay Area communities and closed out its SP78 property in San Jose. It exceeded Q1 2021 sales targets by 102%.
