Trumark Homes to Build Two Neighborhoods at East Bay’s Bishop Ranch
Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced plans to build new homes at San Ramon’s Bishop Ranch. Adding to its Northern California portfolio just steps from the company headquarters, The Trails will bring both single-family homes and townhomes to the master-planned community with an anticipated opening in fall 2027.

Trumark Homes’ two neighborhoods, located on the northwestern land of Bishop Ranch, feature contemporary designs that combine classic row-house charm with a sleek minimalist silhouette. This includes:
- Promenade at The Trails – 67 three-story single-family homes with three floorplans ranging from approximately 2,169 to 2,320 square feet, four bedrooms including first-floor bedroom suites, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and second-floor decks adjacent to the main living area.
- Paseo at The Trails – 128 three-story townhomes with four floorplans ranging from approximately 1,573 to 2,429 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, three to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and second-floor decks off the main living area, plus select floorplans offering first-floor bedrooms and dens.
Pricing and specific home details will be announced prior to the model opening and sales launch planned for fall 2027.
The Trails in Bishop Ranch is conveniently connected to the master-planned community’s numerous and distinct elements, most notably City Center, its 300,000-square-foot, open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Residents will also enjoy the community’s walkable streets and neighborhood parks, and 12 miles of scenic walking paths and trails including Annabel Lake’s 1-mile perimeter path.
