Denver, CO., (November 20, 2024) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced that it has closed on land to develop Hillcrest Creek in Arvada, Colorado.

The community is anticipated to include a walking path and landscaped open space along the tributary, and park with a gazebo, benches, and a cornhole court.

 

Model construction will begin next year, with a sales launch anticipated in September of 2025. Pricing and specific home details will be announced at that time.

 

The community is located on West 59th Avenue and Ward Rd in Jefferson County. Nearby is the historic Olde Town Arvada which offers a wide range of dining options, along with coffee shops, breweries, and unique restaurants.
