San Ramon, Calif. (February 23, 2022) — Trumark Companies today announced that Jenny Esposito has joined the organization as Director of People and Culture. She comes to the company with more than a decade of human resources experience and a proven passion for inspiring people and teams to achieve their highest potential.

In her new role, Esposito will lead the company’s human resources and corporate culture efforts including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance and benefits as well as team building and staff development.

She brings more than 11 years of diverse experience in leading and managing all functions of human resources across several industries including construction, retail, education and public relations. Prior to joining Trumark, she served as Director of Human Resources of Sparkpr and has held HR roles with other Bay Area companies including Cahill Contractors and Academy of Art University.

 Esposito holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Edgewood College and has served as a mentor and advisor to students throughout her career on resume and interview skills to empower them as they enter the workforce. She resides in Moraga with her husband and two sons. During her free time you’ll find her voraciously reading adventure novels that inspire her to discover new experiences with family, friends and her 150-pound Great Dane, Henry. Esposito is based in Trumark’s San Ramon office.
