PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Trumark's affiliate lender. Buyers who utilize Trumark's affiliate lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to our affiliate lender to purchase and receive a credit.
Purchase priority is based on a random drawing. Providing complete information expedites the prequalification process. You are not required to obtain financing with this lender. You may work with a lender of your choice.
