Trumark Homes Opens Copper River in Fresno
Clovis, Calif., (May 7, 2024) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that sales have begun in its Ariette and Madison neighborhoods in the Copper River area of Fresno.
Encompassing 272 single-family homes across two distinct neighborhoods, Copper River features one- and two-story floor plans including modern, farmhouse and Spanish designs, ranging from 1,553 to 3,152 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages.
