Denver, Colo., August 8, 2023 – Trumark Homes, the award-winning homebuilder with divisions in Colorado and California, today announced the addition of local homebuilding veteran, Tina Martelon-Braunthal, as the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing for its Colorado division.

In her new role, Martelon-Braunthal will lead all strategic and operational sales, design center and marketing efforts for Trumark Homes including direct oversight of the sales team spanning from communities in Northern Colorado to south of Denver. 

She brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries with both public and private homebuilders. Martelon-Braunthal most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tri Pointe Homes in the Greater Denver market.

A Colorado native, Martelon-Braunthal attended the University of Colorado at Denver and has been actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, serving as Chair of the organization’s Sales and Marketing Council and on the Professional Women in Building Executive Board.
