Trumark Homes today announced that Brian Mulqueen has been named the new President for the Colorado Division of the company.
“Brian is a seasoned executive with 25 years of combined experience in homebuilding operations, land acquisition, entitlement and development, and real estate law,” said Gregg Nelson, Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Trumark Companies. “We are fortunate to have someone as experienced and proficient as Brian to direct operations for our Colorado portfolio and identify strategic growth opportunities across the state while securing Trumark Homes’ position as a high-quality, high-value homebuilder in the market.”
Mulqueen brings nearly two decades of homebuilding experience to Trumark Homes, having served most recently as Regional President for Century Communities where he was responsible for overseeing operations in the Colorado, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Utah markets. In 2022, the region combined to close more than 2,000 homes, and during his seven-year tenure at the company he led the team in continued growth in closings year-over-year. He has also held leadership roles at Lennar and Richmond American Homes.
“I am honored and quite humbled to have the opportunity to lead Trumark Homes’ Colorado Division at this dynamic time in our industry,” said Mulqueen. “We have several incredible new home communities across the Front Range and Denver metro areas with more on the horizon. I look forward to working with the team to introduce homebuyers to Trumark Homes’ high quality homes and distinct communities, where they can experience and embrace the best of Colorado living.”
Mulqueen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois. He holds Bar Membership in both Colorado and Illinois, and a Colorado Broker’s License.
