As part of the master-planned community of The Preserve, available amenities include three state-of-the-art recreation centers with fitness and entertainment facilities, dog parks, a community garden, walking trails and acres of parks and open space. The community also features an onsite shopping and dining destination, Town Center at The Preserve, as well as nearby award-winning schools.

Blossom will feature 75 units of Trumark Homes’ signature and award-winning Flats & Towns floor plans that allow buyers to choose from floor plans ranging from 883 square feet to 1,952 square feet, with up to three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
