Clovis, Calif., (January 3, 2024) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it will build 272 single family homes in the master planned community of Copper River Ranch in Fresno.

The community is expected to begin selling in spring 2024 with prices anticipated to start in the mid $500,000s.*
