The community will include 116 estate lots of more than 20,000 square feet each. Groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2024.

One neighborhood will include 37 homes on lots with a minimum size of 7,200 square feet, while the second will hold 116 homes on lots of 20,000 square feet or more. This is the largest acquisition of estate lots by any homebuilder in the East Valley in more than a decade.
