Once you and the crew enjoy surfing a few waves, head over to the park to grill up an afternoon lunch!

Stop and Smell the Ranunculus

Have you ever seen a rainbow up close? We haven’t either, but The Flower Fields is the next best thing! Located in Carlsbad, this popular hot spot is a seasonal delight that features a Tecolote® Giant Ranunculus, which is one of the finest strains of ranunculus plants in the world and is a member of the buttercup family! The field grows over 50 acres of colorful flowers to see, and visitors are invited to explore the fields every March!

If the beach and flowers aren’t your speed, K1 Indoor Karting in Carlsbad will definitely kick things into high gear for you. Whether it’s a teen’s birthday party or letting off some steam with friends, this exciting recreation center will bring out the kid in you.
