2022 has been a phenomenal year for the team at Trumark Homes. Read on for a snapshot of what we’ve accomplished during the past 12 months.

Corporate

charity: water. Our partnership with charity: water has allowed us to contribute to the building of much-needed wells in developing countries. Our recent well projects we’ve sponsored through charity: water have provided 280 people in Malawi and 511 people in Uganda with clean drinking water. Northern California Division

The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina. Trumark Homes also opened The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina in 2022, a unique San Rafael community along the water. Here, homeowners can find beautiful two-story townhomes and single-family homes and cottages with enough space to accommodate everyone in the family. Best of all, with easy access to the marina—as well as local shopping and dining options—it’s easy to discover the casual, yet sophisticated lifestyle you’ve been looking for.

Avalon and Avalon Point. Avalon and Avalon Point, located on some of the largest homesites in the River Islands master-planned community, opened in the second half of the year. Visitors toured a total of four newly-debuted model homes, enjoyed a catered lunch, and met our wonderful sales team!

Both neighborhoods offer spacious single-family homes with dynamic options—such as multi-gen suites and dens—as well as access to the incredible amenities that residents of River Islands have fallen in love with. Avalon and Avalon Point are two of our most popular communities, and are continuing to grow. We can’t wait to welcome more happy homeowners, like the Bhushan family and the Praveen Family!

The Collective. In Manteca, our 55+ active-adult community, The Collective, celebrated the Grand Openings of two new neighborhoods; Vida opened in July and Dawn opened in December. Both Vida and Dawn feature single-family homes that are thoughtfully-designed to fit the ever-changing needs of our homeowners. Residents of The Collective can enjoy access to The Campus, a ~10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, making it easy to be social and active alongside neighbors.

Jasper in Morgan Hill. We also welcomed visitors and potential homeowners to tour two new model homes at Jasper in Morgan Hill during its grand opening in September. This townhome community consists of 101 three-story townhomes with up to ~2,001 sq. ft. of space and several modern amenities, such as a pool, bocce ball court, and a playground. Residents also enjoy easy access to the shopping, dining, and entertainment venues available in the charming downtown area. The Ledonne-Rubedow family found their forever home in this wonderful community!

Southern California Division

Melrose Heights. Throughout the first half of the year, we worked diligently to bring Melrose Heights to Oceanside. Inside this community are four charming neighborhoods; Neptune, which features single-family homes; and Harbor, Strand, and Sunset, which offer two- and three-story townhomes. Melrose Heights is a little slice of paradise that offers homebuyers the ultimate coastal lifestyle, thanks to Oceanside’s comfortable weather and laid-back, beach vibes.

Covina Bowl and Zest. In October, our model grand opening of our two new Covina communities, Covina Bowl and Zest, was a rousing success. Lemonade and pastries were served and models were open to tour at Zest, while Covina Bowl celebrated its debut with a fun-filled 50’s themed event, where visitors were able to tour the townhomes and browse the array of vintage cars on display.

Both of these vibrant communities pay homage to the area’s rich history. Covina Bowl is named after the city’s iconic bowling alley, which was recently officially designated a Local Historic Landmark, while Zest is built on the grounds of the city’s famed citrus factory. Each community boasts two collections, Rows and Flats & Towns. All homes offer the best in modern living and design options. Check out the video below for a look at Covina Bowl and Zest.

L’Aube at Solis Park. L’Aube at Solis Park, which is part of the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, officially opened in October. Attendees at the Model Grand Opening toured the five model homes, watched a mime perform, and enjoyed sweets at the crepe and donut bar! This collection of 47 single-family homes allows residents to enjoy all the luxury and convenience that California living has to offer, including several stunning amenities and quick trips to Downtown Irvine, Santa Ana, among many other SoCal hotspots. Vistas at Mockingbird Canyon. Trumark Homes has begun selling residences at our new community, Vistas at Mockingbird Canyon in Riverside. These exquisite single-family residences are located on oversized lots with four unique designs to choose from. Featuring floorplans ranging from ~4,113 to 5,013 sq. ft. of space, everyone in the family is sure to have the room they need to thrive!

Colorado Division

Pelican Shores at Water Valley. In April, visitors and potential homeowners fell in love with Pelican Shores at Water Valley, our low-maintenance, lakefront community in Windsor. This was the first Model Grand Opening for our Colorado division!

The single-family, luxury patio home designs at Pelican Shores feature 10 contemporary floorplans with up to ~4,062 sq. ft. of space, 2 to 4 bedrooms, and 2 to 3 baths. Pelican Shores offers easy access to tennis courts, a fitness center, 27-holes of golf at Pelican Lakes Golf Course, and countless water activities, such as bird-watching, kayaking, and paddleboarding. This community is sure to delight anyone, just like this young couple who found the home of their dreams at Pelican Shores!

RainDance. RainDance, also located in Windsor, CO, celebrated the Model Debuts of two new neighborhoods: Festival and Sugar Hills. A total of four model homes were debuted, and both neighborhoods featured spacious, single-family floorplans with thoughtful interior designs. The community also promotes an active lifestyle, thanks to the RainDance River Resort, and an abundance of outdoor activities, including an unrivaled golfing experience.

Winter Festival. Our Winter Festival, which took place at both RainDance and Pelican Shores on December 3rd, had a great turn out. Everyone enjoyed touring the communities and model homes, while taking advantage of horse-drawn carriage rides, a petting zoo, holiday cookie decorating, and other festive activities.
