PRE-SALES PROCEDURES

All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of Penny Lane's preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of Jasper's preferred lenders for their loan will receive a $5000 credit to use towards closing costs at the close of escrow. 

Pre-qualification with one of Penny Lane's preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our preferred lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
