Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it has secured land to build two new home communities in the San Joaquin Valley. Recent purchases include 309 lots in Visalia and 280 lots in Lemoore, two burgeoning central California cities with growing populations.
“We are continuously scouting and pursuing strategic growth opportunities in the Valley, and thanks to our land team’s hard work and dedication we are able to announce new projects in both Visalia and Lemoore on the horizon,” said Josh Peterson, Central California Division President at Trumark Homes. “Trumark Homes is known for its high-quality craftsmanship and discerning design, and we look forward to bringing new home communities to cities both large and small where people want to plant their roots.”
Oak Place in Visalia will feature two neighborhoods, Ariette and Madison, with a blend of floorplans including farmhouse, Spanish and modern designs. Ariette will contain 209 two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,553 to 2,072 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two car garages. Madison will include 100 one- and two-story single-family homes that will range from 1,684 to 3,152 square feet, with two to six bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two car garages.
Located near retail and dining destinations, sports centers, recreational attractions and top schools, Oak Place will offer an ideal home base for young families and active adults. Visalia’s nickname as “The Gateway to the Sequoias” is a nod to its proximity to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The community is expected to begin selling quarter one of 2026.
Trumark Homes’ new community in Lemoore will also feature Ariette and Madison neighborhoods with many of the same floorplans. Ariette will include 154 two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,553 to 2,072 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two car garages. Madison will contain 126 one- and two-story single-family homes that will range from 1,684 to 3,152 square feet, with two to six bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two car garages.
Just blocks from downtown Lemoore’s boutiques, salons, cafes and shops, residents will enjoy the charming and eclectic mix of history and events that bring the town together. In the heart of San Joaquin Valley, Lemoore also boasts a robust agriculture industry and the Navy's largest Master Jet Base, Naval Air Station Lemoore. Sales are anticipated to launch in spring of 2026.
“Our team is passionate about the homes we build, and we are thrilled to be returning to Visalia, where we have developed several successful communities before, and expanding to Lemoore - two growing cities that are truly great places to live,” stated Brandy Tschappler, Central California Division Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Design at Trumark Homes. “Homebuyers will be delighted to find thoughtful design elements and modern amenities throughout our homes, and our sales teams will guide them every step of their way up to handing them the keys and beyond.”
