Trumark Homes’ Colorado Division Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Tina Martelon-Braunthal, has joined the Board of Directors of HomeAid Colorado.

HomeAid Colorado works to resolve the reality of homelessness with a unique and collaborative approach. The organization’s mission is to help those experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness build new lives through its housing development and community engagement efforts. HomeAid Colorado is one of 19 local affiliates across the United States. 

“I am honored and thrilled to join the HomeAid Colorado Board of Directors,” said Martelon-Braunthal. “With my background in homebuilding and real estate, I look forward to contributing to the group’s meaningful and positive impact in our community, and across the state.”

At Trumark Homes, Martelon-Braunthal leads all strategic and operational sales, design center and marketing efforts including direct oversight of the sales team spanning from communities in Northern Colorado to south of Denver. A Colorado native with more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries, her passion for creating housing opportunities and meeting the needs of each community closely aligns with the mission, vision and values of HomeAid Colorado. 

Established in 2021, Trumark Homes’ Colorado Division is the company’s first expansion outside of California and includes new home communities from the Denver metro area to the Front Range.
