Trumark Homes to Purchase 330 Lots in First Phase of Tanterra in Parker, CO

Denver, CO., (August 1, 2024) – Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced that it has closed on the phase one purchase of lots in Tanterra, a highly anticipated master-planned community located in Parker, Colorado. The new home communities will include single-family and duplex neighborhoods, as Trumark Homes continues its expansion across the state.

Trumark Homes in Tanterra will include 330 total lots, comprised of 226 single-family detached homes and 104 duplex homes. The single-family homes will include both ranch and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,092 square feet to 3,084 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and two to four bathrooms. The duplex homes will range from 1,789 square feet to 2,262 square feet, three bedrooms, and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes will include either a 2 or 3-car garage and an unfinished basement, with walkout and open space homesites available.
 
Model construction will begin next year, with a grand opening anticipated in summer of 2025. Pricing and specific home details will be unveiled in the second quarter of next year.  
 
Located in Douglas County just 20 miles southeast of Denver, the amenity-rich master-planned community of Tanterra will cover approximately 1,200 acres including 286 acres of open space and 50 acres of neighborhood parks at full build-out. This includes the main community park amenity to feature a clubhouse, pool, playground and sports courts. An extensive trail system and proximity to the Reuter-Hess Reservoir recreation area offer additional outdoor activities.
