Trumark Homes to Debut Eight New Southern California Neighborhoods in Spring and Summer 2025

Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that eight new neighborhoods at six distinct communities will open for sales across Southern California in the coming months heading into summer. The communities include Lotus and Sapphire in Rancho Mission Viejo, Serenity Grove in Chino Hills, Legacy at The Preserve at Chino, Blossom in Covina, Eden and Haven at Covenant Point in Loma Linda and Redlands, and Amanda Lane in Escondido.

Orange County
Lotus at Rienda at Rancho Mission Viejo includes 56 single-family homes ranging from 2,769 square feet to 3,129 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and three to four-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a two-car garage. Now selling, prices start in the mid $1 millions.*

Sapphire at Rienda at Rancho Mission Viejo features 64 single-family homes ranging from 2,461 square feet to 2,823 square feet, with one to five bedrooms, one to four bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Prices are anticipated to start in the mid $1 millions.*

Located in the Village of Rienda in Rancho Mission Viejo, Lotus and Sapphire provide access to all the resort-style amenities and experiences at Ranch Camp at Rienda including a 20,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool, an open-air fitness center and four-lane lap pool. These two neighborhoods will participate in a grand opening event for phase 3 of Rienda on June 22, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Los Angeles County
Blossom in Covina includes 75 two-story flats and three-story townhomes with seven floor plans ranging from 870 square feet to 1,916 square feet, with one to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a one- or two-bay garage or tandem garage. Some plans will offer optional offices, flex rooms, private dens and covered decks. Located near historic downtown Covina, community amenities will include a park area with grass, bocce ball court, covered picnic area with tables and barbecues. Prices will start in the high $400,000s*, with pre-sales starting in June and a grand opening planned for October.

San Bernardino County
Serenity Grove in Chino Hills features 50 luxury single-family two-story homes from 3,503 square feet to 4,171 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, and tandem three-car garages. Select floorplan options include flex space for Next Gen or office use, a prep kitchen, California rooms and covered outdoor living rooms. Nestled in the rolling hills adjacent to oak groves and streams, this community offers elegance and privacy within a 10-minute drive to Chino Hills and Yorba Linda retail and dining options. Prices will start in the mid $2 millions* with pre-sales beginning in June and models opening in September 2025.

Legacy at The Preserve at Chino includes 55 single-family one- and two-story homes ranging from 2,435 square feet to 3,702 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages and California rooms. Select floorplans offer options including a single-story pop top,  extended California rooms, and an additional single-car garage. Now selling with models available to tour, prices start in the $1 millions*.

Eden and Haven at Covenant Point in Loma Linda and Redlands are two distinct neighborhoods encompassing one new community, with 153 single-family homes in total. The neighborhoods will feature one- and two-story homes from 2,100 square feet to 3,250 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and two or three-car garages. Select floorplan options include lofts and office space. Prices are anticipated to start in the high $900,000s*, with pre-sales starting in summer followed by the models opening in October.

San Diego County
Amanda Lane in Escondido includes four one- to two-story single-family floorplans ranging from 3,100 square feet to 4,043 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home includes a three-car garage, with select plans offering a California room. Now selling, prices to start in the mid-$1 millions*.
