Trumark Homes Secures Additional 37 Lots at Sterling Ranch in Colorado
Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it has acquired 37 additional lots in the award-winning master-planned community of Sterling Ranch in Littleton, CO. With a strong sales history in the community to-date, model construction for the new neighborhood, Rhapsody, is underway with a grand opening anticipated in spring 2026.

Rhapsody at Sterling Ranch will feature 37 two-story single-family homes with three floorplans ranging from 2,161 square feet to 2,563 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. The homes offer flex spaces for additional functionality including lofts and unfinished basements. Optional finished basements will be offered to further expand the livability of the homes.
Located in the foothills of Douglas County just 20 miles south of Denver, Sterling Ranch offers a variety of world-class amenities including the 4,900 square foot Overlook Clubhouse and Recreation Center featuring a pool, fitness center, kitchen, pavilion, and outdoor gathering spaces, an 8-court pickleball complex, several parks throughout the neighborhoods, and onsite retail businesses including a coffee shop, taproom and healthcare providers.
