Trumark debuts Newport at Compass Bay model homes 

Newark, Calif. (March 12, 2021) — Trumark Homes, an award-winning California homebuilder, today announced that model homes at its Newark community, Newport at Compass Bay, are now open for virtual and in-person, socially distant tours. Comprised of 85 single-family attached homes, Newport at Compass Bay offers residents a secluded location just outside San Francisco and minutes away from the bay. 

With an influx of Bay Area homebuyers seeking more spacious homes in suburban communities, Newark home values jumped 8.9% in 2020 and are predicted to climb another 5.8% in 2021, according to Zillow’s January Home Value Index.
