Trumark Homes Debuts New Model Homes At Skyline in Alameda

Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced the debut of a new model home at its waterfront East Bay townhome community, Skyline in Alameda. The community’s four fully furnished model homes are now open daily for tours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“We are seeing strong interest at Skyline for the prime waterfront location in Alameda, with its ideal combination of small-town charm and urban conveniences for homebuyers,” said Tony Bosowski, Northern California Division President at Trumark Homes. “Our team has taken great care to design spacious and flexible floorplans to meet the needs of working professionals, couples and growing families who are looking for modern coastal living with broad Bay Area access.”

Skyline offers five three-story open-concept floorplans ranging from 1,754 square feet to 2,164 square feet, with two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home includes a private rooftop deck, one- or two-car garage, and with select plans offering flex spaces for home office or multi-purpose uses. Prices start in the low-$1 millions*.

Alameda encompasses an island locale on the San Francisco Bay in Alameda County, seven miles east of the city across the bay, and adjacent to Oakland to the west. The city is minutes from San Francisco via the ferry or Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), as well as the Bay Bridge. With major highways running from the east, north and south, Alameda residents gain convenient access to San Francisco, Oakland and the greater East Bay for business and recreation, as well as international air travel options through Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose.

The city of Alameda is considered one of the best places to live in California according to Niche, with top rated schools and a host of activities and destinations for individuals and families. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the 400 acres of parks, trails and recreational facilities including water activities at the beach and marinas such as windsurfing and kiteboarding. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the vibrant downtown, popular local breweries and the assortment of retail, dining and services at outdoor shopping center, Alameda Landing.

“Skyline in Alameda is a truly unique community where homebuyers have a rare opportunity to own a modern townhome on the water and relax on their private rooftop deck, surrounded by breathtaking views in the heart of this historic Bay Area city,” added Bosowski.

Trumark Homes’ other Northern California communities currently selling include Francis Ranch in Dublin, Ascend in San Jose, Apricot Estates in Brentwood, Arroyo Crossings in Livermore, and Origin, Dawn, and Vida at The Collective in Manteca.
