Trumark Homes Celebrates Grand Opening at Tri-Valley’s Arroyo Crossings
Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, celebrated the grand opening of its master-planned community of Arroyo Crossings in Livermore with hundreds of visitors in attendance to tour the model homes. The 28.9-acre resort-style community in the heart of Tri-Valley’s wine country comprises four neighborhoods, bringing 435 new homes to the region.
“Our team has taken great care in collaborating with the city and community leaders to create Arroyo Crossings, an exceptional living environment that is the culmination of our shared vision for modern housing in Livermore,” said Trumark Homes’ Northern California Division President, Tony Bosowski. “There is intentionality in the four distinct neighborhoods and housing types, ranging from flats and townhomes to detached single-family homes. Our goal is to meet a range of lifestyles and housing needs for residents at any stage of life.”
Arroyo Crossings is a collection of four unique neighborhoods, including:
- Alicante features 108 two- and three-story flats with two floorplans ranging from 1,187 square feet to 1,436 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices start in the mid $700,000s.*
- Solera includes 132 two- and three-story townhomes with four floorplans from 1,585 square feet to 1,845 square feet, three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices start in the low $900,000s.*
- Amara features 109 three-story townhomes with three floorplans ranging from 1,913 square feet to 2,094 square feet, three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices start in the $1.1 millions.*
- Verdello includes 86 three-story detached single-family homes with three floorplans from 2,340 square feet to 2,605 square feet, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Some floorplans also include an optional junior accessory dwelling unit (JADU) with an additional bedroom and bathroom. Prices start in the $1.4 millions.*
The resort-style amenities for residents include a 2,000-square-foot private clubhouse and pool complex, with two swimming pools, a chef’s kitchen, indoor/outdoor lounge and gathering spaces, picnic areas with BBQs, a tot lot, open play lawns and green space, designed to bring neighbors together and create connections. The community is bisected by an arroyo with walking paths, providing scenic and natural connections across the neighborhoods.
Arroyo Crossings is in the northern section of Livermore, a city known for its combination of small-town charm and contemporary living. Residents are within a few walkable blocks of retail, grocery and dining venues, and a short drive to historic downtown and the popular San Francisco Premium Outlets. Major transportation options are within a few miles of the community including the I-580 freeway and the Vasco Road ACE Station.
Top rated schools from the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District serve the area, and city recreation options for all ages include Del Valle Regional Park with boating and fishing, Robert Livermore Aquatic Center, numerous bikeways and hiking trails, and seven dog parks. As California’s oldest wine region, the Livermore Valley is home to dozens of wineries with tours and events hosted throughout the year.

In addition to Arroyo Crossings, Trumark Homes’ Northern California Division is actively selling several new home communities including Parkton and Francis Ranch in Dublin; Skyline in Alameda; Apricot Estates in Brentwood; and Dawn, Vida, and Origin at the Collective 55+ community in Manteca, with additional new home communities coming soon including Deerwood Heights in San Ramon and The Orchard in Danville.
Model homes for all four Arroyo Crossings neighborhoods are available to tour seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
