Trumark Homes Celebrates Grand Opening at Tanterra in Parker, Colorado
Trumark Homes celebrated the grand opening of its newest neighborhoods within the master-planned community of Tanterra in Parker, Colorado, welcoming visitors to tour the six newly opened model homes. The thoughtfully planned community, located just 20 miles southeast of Denver in Douglas County, is set across rolling terrain with extensive open space and a network of scenic trails designed to connect residents to nature and neighborhood amenities.

During the event, guests were invited to tour the Kestrel model homes while experiencing the lifestyle Tanterra has to offer. Attendees spent the afternoon exploring beautifully crafted model homes, enjoying a coffee cart and food trucks, and getting a firsthand look at the community and its amenities.
Within Tanterra, Trumark Homes offers three distinct neighborhoods featuring modern architecture and thoughtfully designed floorplans. All three neighborhoods are now selling, with six models now open for touring.
Tanterra is a collection of three unique neighborhoods:
- Kestrel features single-family homes with one ranch-style and three two-story floorplans ranging from 2,094 square feet to 2,633 square feet, offering three to six bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and two-car garages. Many homes include flexible living spaces such as a study or loft, with options for an outdoor room or finished basement.
- Starling offers duplex homes with four thoughtfully designed floorplans, including one ranch-style option. Homes range from 1,791 square feet to 2,263 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and two-car garages. Each home includes an unfinished basement, allowing homeowners the flexibility to expand their living space over time.
- Osprey features the largest single-family homes offered by Trumark within Tanterra, with four modern floorplans including one ranch-style and three two-story designs. Homes range from 2,127 square feet to 3,100 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two-and-a-half to five bathrooms and two- or three-car garages, including tandem options.
Designed to bring neighbors together and connect residents with the outdoors, Tanterra will feature more than 286 acres of open space and 50 acres of neighborhood parks throughout the community. Planned amenities include a future clubhouse, community pool, playground and sports courts, as well as an extensive trail system connecting neighborhoods to parks and open space corridors.
Residents will also enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation at nearby Reuter-Hess Reservoir, while historic downtown Parker offers boutique shopping, local dining and entertainment just minutes from the community. Families living in Tanterra are located in Douglas County School District, one of Colorado’s largest and top-rated districts.
Model homes for Tanterra are now open for touring, offering homebuyers the opportunity to experience Trumark’s design, craftsmanship and modern floorplans firsthand.
In addition to Tanterra, Trumark Homes’ Colorado Division is actively selling communities across the Denver metro area including Sterling Ranch in Littleton and Castle Pines in Castle Pines, with additional communities coming soon including Berkeley Villas in Denver, Erie Highlands in Erie and Hillcrest Creek in Arvada.
