Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today that it has broken ground on the model homes at Tanterra in Parker, Colorado. The master-planned community will include three neighborhoods, Starling, Kestrel and Osprey, totaling 330 single-family and duplex homes.
Model construction is underway, with a grand opening and sales launch anticipated in Fall 2025.

The homes will include two to six bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages. Most plans will include an office or loft and optional finished basements. Base prices are anticipated to start in the $600,000’s.*
Kestrel will feature 103 single-family homes with one single-story and three two-story floor plans ranging from 2,094 square feet to 2,633 square feet. The homes will include three to six bedrooms, two to five bathrooms, and two-car garages. Most plans will include a study, loft, and optional finished basements. Base prices are anticipated to start in the low $700,000’s.*
Osprey will consist of 123 single-family homes with one single-story and three two-story floor plans ranging from 2,127 square feet to 3,100 square feet. The homes will include three to six bedrooms, two and one-half to five bathrooms, and a 2-car or 3-car-tandem garage. Each home will offer a main-floor bedroom with a bathroom, plus a study, or loft space and optional finished basements. Base prices are anticipated to start in the mid to high $700,000’s.*
The master-planned community of Tanterra will cover approximately 1,200 acres including 286 acres of open space and 50 acres of neighborhood parks with a clubhouse, pool, playground and sports courts. Located in Douglas County just 20 miles southeast of Denver, Tanterra is minutes away from the historic downtown Parker, filled with shops, local restaurants, and activities, and in close proximity to the Reuter-Hess Reservoir recreation area.
