Trumark Homes Announces New Homes in the Central Valley
Trumark Homes, the award-winning Western U.S. homebuilder, announced today plans for 215 new single-family homes in Fresno, California. Verdant at Copper River will feature three distinct home types and sizes, expanding homebuying opportunities in the popular community.

Verdant at Copper River by Trumark Homes will include a total of 215 single-family homes with Spanish, Coastal Cottage and Farmhouse elevations across three exclusive collections:
- Ariette – 119 homesites will feature three two-story open concept floor plans ranging from 1,553 square feet to 2,072 square feet, three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages.
- Verdant – 68 lots are set for spacious one- and two-story homes ranging from 2,535 square feet to 3,938 square feet, 3 to 4 bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. The floorplans have multiple rooming configurations including lofts, offices, lounges and additional dwelling units.
- Verdant on the Green – 28 golf course adjacent lots will offer one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 3,207 square feet to 3,938 square feet with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, three- and four-car garages, and options that include bonus rooms, lounges and additional dwelling units, as well as the opportunity for enhanced elevations with designer features.
Project development is underway, with a grand opening/sales launch anticipated in Q1 of 2027. Pricing and specific home details will be announced at that time.
In addition to the community’s parks and paseos, residents can also join the nearby Copper River Country Club with access to the Club’s many amenities, including a 25-meter heated swimming pool, world-class tennis facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the renowned Copper River Golf Course. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the scenic trails and gardens of Woodward Park, and nearby River Park Shopping Center provides convenient dining and shopping options. With the Sierra Nevada Mountains as the backdrop, residents can also hike, fish, and ski within a short drive, blending outdoor adventure with city conveniences.
