Trumark Homes, a national award-winning California homebuilder, today announced the acquisition of 37 townhomes, condo flats and two-story detached homes within the 76-unit Village of The Strand at   Loch Lomond. Located on the San Francisco Bay in Marin County, the site represents an opportunity for Trumark to potentially deliver all 37 residences in the 2022 calendar year, contributing over $65 million in gross sales revenue.

For that reason, Trumark is currently targeting buyers from the San Francisco Peninsula seeking lower density housing, larger outdoor space and more flexible floor plans to accommodate their new work-from-home lifestyles.

Townhomes range from 1,815 – 1,967 square feet and offer three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The condo are approx. 1,943 square feet, and are two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
