RainDance by Trumark Homes Featured in Builder and Developer Magazine

Trumark Homes' four RainDance neighborhoods were featured in the March issue of Builder and Developer Magazine!

The article discussed a brief description of Trumark's history within the home-building industry and discussed the new master-planned community in Windsor, CO. RainDance by Trumark Homes has options for everyone with 50' wide lots at Festival, 60' wide lots at Sugar Hills, 70' wide semi-custom golf course homesites at The Fairways situated on RainDance National Golf Course, and 1-acre homesites at Acadia. Elevations include a modern farmhouse, prairie, and ranch options with three to six bedrooms and up to 5,606 square feet of living space.

RainDance also features amenities like a resort-style pool, waterslides, and a lazy river experience. There's also a community splash pad, shallow pool, and a 13-acre play park that's great for the kids. The Homestead Welcome and Events Center has a large event lawn for food trucks and outdoor music concerts and is home to the neighborhood restaurant Ted's Sweetwater Grill.

Builder and Developer Magazine conducted a one-on-one interview with Division President Scott Davis, where they discussed housing design trends, building fundamentals, and homebuyers in 2023.
