Our two new communities at River Islands in Lathrop, Avalon and Avalon Point, are now open!
Avalon's collection of 67 single-family, detached homes are designed to meet families’ differing needs, whether it’s with an optional loft or a den. Plan 2 is an expansive two-story home with ~3,764 sq. ft. of space, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, which ensures everyone in your family has a place to call their own. With the large courtyard, multi-functional great room and open kitchen, you can be sure that your home is perfect for entertaining!

The final and largest plan of Avalon and Avalon Point, Plan 3, is a two-story home with ~4,199 sq. ft. of living space. The first floor features a dining room, a main living area, a gourmet kitchen that overlooks the multi-functional great room, a flex space, and a bedroom. Just up the stairs is a loft space, three additional bedrooms, and the relaxing owner’s suite.
