On their frequent drives to visit their grandchildren in Water Valley, Colorado, Michael Turik and his wife, Diana, would often pass by Acadia at RainDance along New Liberty Road. The beautiful new ranch-style homes beckoned – especially as they contemplated renovations to their home just a few miles away.
The couple loved living in Windsor and didn’t want to venture far from it – or from their grandchildren. But the idea of renovating their older home did not appeal to them as much as finding new construction built with attention to detail and contemporary styling. One day, they pulled off the road at New Liberty to take a look. They never looked back.
The Trumark Homes team listened deeply to the Turiks’ vision, answering every question and making it easy for Michael and Diana to find a spacious, beautiful ranch-style house that they are now able to call home.
“The workmanship that went into this home is apparent. We like the open spaces and the abundance of windows and natural light in the home,” Michael said. “The size of the yard was also high on the list of what we were looking for.”
Michael especially appreciated how the team kept the couple’s desires at the forefront of their experience – no detail was too small.
“We have been very pleased with the customer experience with Trumark Homes,” he said. “They communicate very well and follow up on everything to make sure that it is right.”
“With keen eyes for detail and treating every question as a priority, no matter how big or small, every member of the team has been a pleasure to work with.”
Acadia’s expansive, one-acre lots offer resort-style living in proximity to the RainDance National Golf Club, a magnificent pool, waterslides, lazy river and 13-acre play park. A community orchard and farm produce fresh fruits and vegetables.
Diana loves the high-end appliances, new construction and thoughtful floor plan that allows the couple to do all their living on one level. And the location is perfect for the couple, who have a large family in the area.
In fact, even before the couple could decide where to place everything in their new home, they flung open their doors to their family.
“It was great to host our first family gathering this week,” Michael said. “There was plenty of space for everyone to gather in the kitchen/dining room/great room, and our grandkids love the huge yard!”
