Mark and Ginette Feldstein are counting down the days to their upcoming move, having chosen a Trumark Homes residence in Sterling Ranch, Colorado. Relocating from Washington, they will now be just one block away from their daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and soon-to-arrive grandson, allowing them to see their grandchildren reach milestones and create lasting family memories together.
Amidst the steps and stages of making an inter-state move, Mark notes that building with Trumark Homes has been a highlight of their journey.
“This is our fourth home we’ve built from scratch and our seventh that we’ve lived in. By far, Trumark Homes has provided the best builder experience we have had. The entire team has been incredibly supportive, answering questions immediately, guiding us through every step, and making it easy to follow progress throughout,” said Mark.
While their home is under construction, Mark and Ginette are temporarily living with their daughter, which allows them to watch the building process up close. “They’re finishing the framing now and will start the roof soon. It’s exciting to see it all come together,” said Mark.
He is particularly enthusiastic about decorating and furnishing the basement. A first for the family, they are already planning for a theater setup, ping-pong table, and a fun, creative space for their grandchildren.
Beyond their home, the couple are eager to embrace life in the Sterling Ranch community. “It’s a wonderful place with lots of amenities, including pools, a gym, cafés, schools, and a wide range of classes. We’re looking forward to activities like golf, pickleball, aerobics in the pool, and exploring the local parks.”
Mark and Ginette have appreciated the flexibility and support from the Trumark Homes team, who guided them through selections and thoughtful custom touches along the way.
With their move-in date nearing, Mark feels both gratitude and anticipation for their new Colorado home. “It’s been a fantastic experience so far, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything is coming together.”
