All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Trumark Homes' preferred lender. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Trumark Homes' preferred lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our preferred lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter. You are not required to obtain financing with this lender. You may work with a lender of your choice.
