Sapphire at Rienda - Pre-Qualify

Non-cash purchasers are required to obtain a pre-qualification approval through Trumark Home’s affiliate lender, Icon Lending, LLC, to participate in upcoming sales releases for this community. Purchasers who use Trumark Home’s preferred lenders (including affiliate Icon Lending), for their loan will receive up to a $10,000 credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades.* Cash purchasers are also eligible for the credit, subject to providing proof of funds to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Sapphire's affiliate lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. The more complete information you provide on your application, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
