PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through our affiliate lender. Buyers who utilize our affiliate lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to our affiliate lender to purchase and receive a credit.
Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our affiliate lender the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
