PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Riverstone's affiliated lender. Buyers who utilize Riverstone's affiliated lender for their loan will receive a credit that can be used towards closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to our affiliated lender to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Riverstone's affiliated lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our affiliated lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
