PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification through Skysill's affiliated lender, Icon Lending. Buyers who utilize Skysill's affiliated lender for their loan will receive a credit at the closing that can be used towards closing costs. Cash buyers must provide proof of funders to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Skysill's affiliated lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on pre-qualification completion.
