All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Copper River's affiliated lender. Buyers who utilize Copper River's affiliated lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Copper River's affiliated lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on order of pre-qualification completion.
