PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of Azure's affiliate or preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of Azure's affiliate or preferred lenders for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to one of our preferred lenders to purchase and receive a credit.
Pre-qualification with one of Azure's affiliate or preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on a random drawing. Providing complete information expedites the prequalification process. You are not required to obtain financing with these lenders. You may work with a lender of your choice.
