Zest - Pre-Qualify

PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Zest's affiliate lender. Buyers who utilize Zest's affiliate lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to our affiliate lender to purchase and receive a credit.
Pre-qualification with Zest's affiiate lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
