PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Trumark Homes' affiliate lender. Buyers who use Trumark Homes' affiliate lender for their loan may qualify for an incentive(s) that can be used towards financing at home closing. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Trumark Homes' affiliate lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our affiliate lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
