Buyers who utilize Icon Lending for their loan may qualify for an incentive(s) that can be used toward financing at the close of the home. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to Icon Lending to proceed with a home purchase.
Pre-qualification with Icon Lending is required to participate in any upcoming sales releases. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to Icon Lending, the faster they will be able to provide you with your pre-qualification letter.
