Lotus at Rienda - Pre-Qualify
Thank you for your interest in Lotus at Rienda by Trumark Homes!
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Lotus' affiliate lender. Buyers who utilize our affiliate lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase and receive the credit.
Pre-qualification with Lotus' affiliate lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Pre-qualify with our affiliate lender to purchase a home at Lotus at Rienda. Purchase priority is based on order of pre-qualification completion.
