PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Morada's affiliated lender. Buyers who utilize Morada's affiliated lender for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used towards closing costs. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Morada's affiliated lender is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on order of pre-qualification completion.
