Non-cash purchasers are required to obtain a pre-qualification approval through Trumark Home’s affiliate lender, Icon Lending, LLC, or any of our preferred lenders, to participate in upcoming sales releases for this community. Purchasers who use Trumark Home’s preferred lenders (including affiliate Icon Lending), for their loan will receive up to a $10,000 credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades.* Cash purchasers are also eligible for the credit, subject to providing proof of funds to purchase.
Purchasers are not required to obtain financing with Icon Lending or any of our preferred lenders and may work with a lender of purchaser’s choice. Please note that we do not receive compensation if a purchaser uses a preferred lender. However, if a purchaser uses another lender, the purchaser will not be eligible for the closing credit offer described above.
