All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of Origin's preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of Origin's preferred lenders for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase and receive the credit.

Pre-qualification with one of Origin's preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on order of pre-qualification completion.
