PRE-SALES PROCEDURES

All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of our preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of our preferred lenders for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to one of our preferred lenders to purchase and receive a credit.

Pre-qualification with one of our preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion.
